Shinsei TM was found in 2012 by Lucy Kaminsky, a highly educated food scientist with 27 years of practical experience in the food and beverage industry in Canada. As her skin is sensitive to some components in cosmetic products, Lucy decided to focus her knowledge and expertise on the qualitative improvement of her skin and what literally “saved her face”.
