Shinsei Super Antioxidant Toner™ is a lightweight toner formulated for dry, mature and changing skin. Applied after cleansing, it refreshes and conditions the skin while preparing it for the serums and creams that follow.
The formula combines antioxidant and moisture-supporting cosmetic ingredients, including green tea, superoxide dismutase, hyaluronic acid, MSM, sodium chondroitin sulfate and niacinamide.

How to Use
After cleansing, apply a small amount to clean hands or a cotton pad. Gently smooth over the face, neck and décolleté.
Use morning and evening. Follow with the appropriate Shinsei Cosmetics™ serums and moisturizer.
Avoid direct contact with the eyes.

Morning:

Evening:
Cleanser → Super Antioxidant Toner™ → Super Active Night Serum™ → Hyaluronic Acid Serum™ → Blue Vertical Lines Peptide Serum™ as needed → Night Treatment Cream with Peptides™
